Your focus will be partnering with business stakeholders to plan delivery of their portfolio of data solutions, understanding and prioritizing requirements, removing distractions from plans, leading project work, and occasionally coordinating resources. Be a Change Agent:
You'll be a data domain expert in Quality and Supply Chain area influencing where needed, challenging any data that doesn't align, collaborating with cross functional teams on key items and tracking value of data and insights that improve the way Keurig Dr. Pepper do business. Delivering on Expectations:
A key component of responsibility is to keep good communication with stakeholders providing clear expectations and estimations for delivery of solutions. Resolve day to day escalations and follow up with documentation of root cause analysis. Key Collaborations:
You'll collaborate end to end with IT internal, IT external partners and various business stakeholders. You will be required to meet often using various channels of communication:
Live and online presentations with video, phone calls, email, IM and cell phone texts. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology, Statistics, Data Science or related field Advanced experience to elicit and document user stories, requirements and success criteria. Familiar with translating requirements to technical specifications. Conceptual architecture of data solutions. Hands on ability to gather and analyze complex data to drive resolution and proof of concept (SQL). Designing of Data integration processes:
Extraction, load, transformation and harmonization Design reporting and visualization solutions. Providing insights and analytical skills. Direct agile project work collaborating with project management and occasionally acting as a project manager, product manager or scrum master. Communication skills:
Proficiency in leading meetings, workshops and delivering effective presentations A history of being a self-starter, innovative and creating success in ambiguous situations Bonus Points:
Data Strategy Data integration tools (Informatica, Tableau Prep, SSRS, Alteryx or SAS Prep) Data Warehouse (Snowflake, Oracle or MS SQL) Data visualization (Tableau / Micro strategy)
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
