Job Overview This position is responsible for providing strategic and financial leadership for global treasury activities across all KDP including global cash and liquidity management, capital structure, working capital management, supply chain finance, interest rate & foreign exchange risk management, forecasting and budgeting. This position oversees all financial market transactions including short-term and long-term debt issuance, negotiation of credit agreements, stock buyback program, and opportunistic capital structure transactions. Oversees all activities associated with risk management and hedging for interest rates and foreign exchange including risk modeling, trade execution and compliance. Manages relationships with external business partners and financial institutions including banks, supply chain finance administrators, treasury workstation vendor and partners in rating agency activities. Leads project teams on behalf of Treasury for strategic initiatives. Performs other duties as assigned. This position reports to the VP, Treasurer and manages a team of 5 employees with responsibilities for all aspects of global treasury. Position
Responsibilities:
-Oversee all global cash management activities including cash positioning, forecasting, pooling structures and intercompany loans & transactions. -Oversee all risk management and hedging for foreign exchange & interest rate risk management including strategy design, trade execution & operations, compliance and policies. -Lead strategic design and execution of capital markets transactions (debt issuance/repayment, share issuance/repurchases, dividends). -Manage relationships with banks and other financial partner relationships. -Oversee and maintain all lending facilities including revolving credit facilities, letters of credit facilities and supply chain finance commitments. -Lead all working capital management activities and programs including maintaining supply chain finance programs -Partner with Internal Audit and Technical Accounting to ensure all treasury activities are appropriately controlled, documented and disclosed, including SOX compliance, cash and investments, borrowings, derivatives, supply chain finance and other treasury items. -Lead project teams on behalf of Treasury for strategic initiatives and other complex financial transactions -Lead integration of treasury activity for any acquired businesses -Develop and lead a high performing team and culture in a fast moving environment to execute strategic goals and execute effective and quality decision making. -Perform other duties as assigned in support of company objectives and that help drive value to the business. Requirements -Excellent leadership skills required including drive, decision making, self-direction, influence, presentation and verbal/written communications -BA/BS Degree in Accounting or Finance required. -Minimum of 12 - 15 years related Finance and/or Treasury experience. -Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience highly desired and a plus. -CTP and/or MBA a plus -Must be highly proficient in Excel and other MS office applications -Proficiency in GTreasury (treasury workstation) and Bloomberg preferred -Strong people management skills; experience managing global/remote teams preferred -Strong analytical / corporate finance technical skills -Strong understanding of capital markets (debt, equity) and derivatives markets (interest rate and FX) -Ability to think creatively; ability to challenge the status quo; demonstrated ability to innovate -Some travel required
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
Accounting, Corporate FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
