We are currently seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst, who will be responsible for FP&A functions: working capital analysis, planning,forecasting and performance analysis surrounding the impact to ASD Heathcare.This role will serve as a finance integration point between Sales, Accounting,and Operations involving data validation, exception reporting, and forecastingof customer revenue and profitability.

This Sr. Financial Analyst position is located at 3101 Gaylord Parkway,Frisco, TX 75034, and reports to the Director,Financial Analysis and Planning ASD Healthcare
PositionResponsibilities
Performs working capital analysis, prepares annualrevenue, gross profit and expense plans.
Creates monthly analysis focused on working capital andalso trending of revenue, gross profit and expenses; analyzes details ofvariance drivers, and a forecast for the current quarter/year.
Provides lead team with accurate monthly summary ofperformance, P&L and B/S and thorough review of COV.
Communicate financial data in clear and concise mannerin MBR setting or with FP&A team.
Strives for continuous process improvement in assignedareas
Generates ad hoc analysis reports as needed
Performs related duties as assigned

Requires broad training in fields such as businessadministration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similarvocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor'sDegree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination ofexperience and education.
Normally requires a minimum of four (4) to six (6) yearsdirectly related and progressively responsible experience.
Strong understanding of financial processes and systems
Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, data miningtools including data warehouse applications, SAP, Hyperion Essbase, MS Access,MS Excel, and other query and reporting tools. Knowledge of crystal reports andSQL
Fundamental knowledge of profitability analysis anddemonstrated understanding of correlation between P&L and B/S
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and inwriting
Ability to establish good relationships; drives longlasting change across functional boundaries; ability to work with all levelswithin the organization
Strong business acumen in the areas of economics andfinance; understands operational impacts on financial
Processes

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
