Black Belt Process Manager

The Process Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is responsible for supporting the development and maintaining the Lean Six Sigma strategy for the Revenue Cycle organization. Focus will be to define and lead projects and initiatives with broad scope and high impact to the business. In this role you will be responsible for major and complex assignments with long-term business implications, lead change within the organization, and contribute to the overall Revenue Cycle Business strategy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Leverage Lean Six Sigma Skills to define, scope and execute continuous improvement projects
-Apply Lean Six Sigma tools to improve process capability, reduce cycle time and eliminate defects throughout the business
- Conduct regular project reviews with Process Excellence and Senior leaders to assure accomplishment of key results
-Serve as change agent by communicating and institutionalizing Lean Six Sigma initiatives within process and operations teams
- Support inclusive culture by seeking to understand, sharing, and institutionalize best practices across process and operations teams
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Lean Six Sigma application with audited results
Ability to deal with ambiguity and manage though challenges in a data driven approach
Ability to prioritize projects, navigate challenges, and communicate changes and support needed
Executive level presentation skills
Change management training or coach
Strong analytical ability
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and build a collaborative environment
Revenue Cycle Operations experience is a plus
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience required to perform the job.
Bachelor's degree
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
