The Tier I Product Provisioning Support Specialist will be responsible for answering trouble tickets and resolving very basic provisioning issues as they come up. This resource will be dealing with customer trouble repair and dealing with Tier I troubleshooting issues. Someone who has experience with billing and provisioning interfacing with customers over the phone would be a fantastic candidate.
Minimum Required Skills / Competencies:
9 months+ experience in telecom billing process, provisioning
Experience interfacing with the HLR/IHLR, AAA, and voicemail is highly desired. Higher pay rates with more qualifications!
Team player with call center or NOC experience
Excellent written and communication skills
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
