You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home buying process.
From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer's point of contact and ensure they have a positive experience.

Responsibilities oCollaborate with office staff to maintain a high level of customer service for buyers and potential buyers until the transaction is closed oMake sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget oTurn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up, facilitating communication, and adding them to the sales pipeline oSchedule showings, show homes and go to open houses for potential buyers oManage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close Qualifications oPossess a valid U.

driver's license and can travel by car oAssociate's degree preferred but not required to apply oReal-estate license or pursuing required oMust possess great communication and interpersonal skills oOver 1 year of buyer's agent or relevant experience Recommended Skills Customer Service Interpersonal Skills Mortgage Loans Negotiation Networking Passionate Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
