Customer Service Representative

The RoleThe Customer Service Representative will report directly to the Customer Service Manager while working closely with the other Customer Service Representatives, Concessions, Merchandise and Premium Services department managers.
Representatives are expected to be the role model of excellence for all other staff throughout the stadium.
In addition, it will be necessary to be very knowledgeable about the stadium and services in order to assist any and all guests.

Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Representative will report directly to the Customer Service Manager while working closely with the other Customer Service Representatives, Concessions, Merchandise and Premium Services department managers.
Representatives are expected to be the role model of excellence for all other staff throughout the stadium.
In addition, it will be necessary to be very knowledgeable about the stadium and services in order to assist any and all guests.
oAssist Customer Service Manager with employee interactions including customer service games, mandatory early morning breakfasts throughout the season, handing out prizes and numerous other customer service related activities.
oSurvey on-site guests during events to receive real-time experience feedback.
oSecret shop associates in various departments during events.
oComplete minimum number of surveys and secret shops per event.
oAssist with identifying problematic issues and concerns.
oMaximize both employee and customer satisfaction.
oAssist with check-in/check-out procedure as necessary.
Qualifications:
oAll applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
oHigh school diploma or equivalent.
Some college preferred.
oPrevious customer services experience a plus.
oCustomer service oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
oHighly motivated with a pleasant and upbeat attitude.
oAbility to multi task in a fast paced team setting in addition to working independently.
oExcellent oral and written communication and strong attention to detail.
oMust be flexible to work all Toyota Stadium events including mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.
oMust be able to work fluently in English and bi-lingual skill are a plus.
oAbility to walk around for 7 to 8 hours and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds.
Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
