Office location is 3625 West Royal Lane Suites Irving, Texas 75063 and 10850 Frisco Street (Suite 100) Frisco, TX 75033.
Training is in office and then transitions to an agile work arrangement.

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to fill a variety of entry-level roles including, customer service representatives, disability coordinators, and client service coordinators.
Ideal candidates will thrive in a collaborative team environment, show motivation and drive in their work ethic, and are customer-oriented, naturally empathic, and solution-focused.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES may include:

Provide excellent customer service to external customers and internal support to an assigned team
Act as a liaison between customers and team members when necessary
Provide detailed notes on phone calls, and track and code documentation according to standard processes
Educate and inform customers about processes, timelines, and status of inquiries via multiple communication channels
Resolve issues with one-call/one-person responses
Direct calls to appropriate escalation path as needed
Track trends
Investigate customer feedback
Assist with developing corrective/preventative actions
Perform administrative tasks QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing:
High school diploma or GED required
Skills:
Strong oral and written communication, computer literate including Microsoft Office, organizational skills required

Experience:
Clerical or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred TAKING CARE OF YOU

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
