Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer service calls in a friendly, professional manner, providing accurate and prompt responses to customer inquiries Provide issue resolution with proper escalation of calls as needed Able to manage 40-60 inbound customer service calls per day Skills:
Professional, helpful phone manner with the ability to build strong customer relationships is vital for success Must possess a positive attitude and be a team player Ability to provide high value and quality customer service principles Attention to detail and high-quality focus required Previous call center experience preferred Education /
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience working with MS Office Suite Exceptional customer service experience Requirements:
Able to pass a drug screen and background check Must have a distraction free, uninterrupted and secure work area Initial 6 weeks on site training in Frisco, Texas, then work remote from home Must be available for continuous upskill training classes every 4-8 weeks Knowledge of computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications.
While working remotely, must live in a location that can receive high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service Required to use a wired headset.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
