Sr. Manager, Financial Systems
Responsibilities Act as systems administrator, providing support for report writing, creating and maintaining model components, maintaining Integration data mapping, managing manual data imports, and functional maintenance Plan, review, and revise configurations and customizations to meet evolving business and operational needs Manage data integrations into Adaptive Insights from Workday Financials, Workday HCM and other source systems as appropriate Participate in the development and global implementation of Adaptive Insights enhancements Assist in the development of business-specific and/or application-level approaches and plans for testing, training, communicating, rolling out, and offering post-production support Review Adaptive Insights updates and release cycles for the FP&A organization and understand the business impact to ensure smooth transition Manage day to day system/operations issues and set priorities for resolution Develop, document and implement policies, procedures, guidelines, and best practices to ensure data integrity and standardized end user processes Support Adaptive Insights users by troubleshooting problems, answering questions, and assisting in the creation of documentation as needed Lead internal trainings and regular information sharing activities Strive to improve your own, as well as our common ways, of working - everyday - in candid collaboration with your team and all members of the company Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or Computer Science or related fields 5
years' experience with system administration for a cloud-based planning application (i.e., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Host Analytics) 3-4 years' professional experience supporting a Finance/Accounting organization Adaptive Insights expert Knowledge of Adaptive Insights Planning suite Experience with system security configuration Advanced experience with designing and implementing systems/applications solutions Demonstrated analytical skills, Excel and Powerpoint presentation skills Excellent communication skills with an ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization Ability to effectively design scalable solutions to meet business needs and system configuration Team player that embraces change and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Corporate FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
