Senior Manager of Compensation The Senior Manager of Compensation is a key member of the Keurig Dr Pepper Compensation Team, and is responsible for the design, implementation, communication, and delivery of our broad-based compensation programs in order to support the execution of our growth and people strategies. Responsibilities:
Provide consultative compensation support for multiple business units with a focus on frontline roles in a complex union environment - including our supply chain, direct store delivery and hot and cold manufacturing organizations through a highly consultative approach to design, modeling, implementation and reporting on global broad-based compensation programs. Advise and influence senior management and HR business partners and provide thought leadership on compensation programs and practices, linking them to overall business strategy. Design, assess, monitor and maintain a competitive frontline hourly pay philosophy and program. Partner with senior management, HR business partners, labor relations, finance, legal, and communications in preparation for union negotiations. Manage broad-based compensation programs, including:
base salary structures, maintaining and managing our enterprise job catalogue and creation of new job evaluations. Evaluate market data, monitor business conditions and legal requirements, and promote industry best practices to ensure continued internal equity and external competitiveness of compensation. Seek opportunities to enhance the competitiveness of the company's compensation programs. Recommend new strategies which attract and retain current and prospective employees; development of retention tools as appropriate. Manage projects for various compensation initiatives, create project plans, lead meetings and create process flows Conduct research analysis, identify design alternatives, and model cost implications for proposed compensation changes. Develop and deliver robust compensation communication and training for business leaders and HR Business Partners to support base and variable compensation programs as well as adherence to national and local regulatory rules. Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources is preferred CCP certification is preferred Minimum of 7 years of progressive related experience in broad-based compensation design and management, with particular emphasis on frontline hourly pay in a union environment Minimums of 5 years of people management Experience working with a HRIS (Workday experience strongly preferred) Advanced MS Excel experience (pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas) Successful candidates will also demonstrate these additional

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
