Together, we won't stop!Job OverviewThe Senior Data Scientist will be part of CX Data Enablement modeling team within Consumer Customer Experience organization.
You will be responsible for applying statistical, advanced data analytics, machine learning, and AI techniques to support NBA (Next Best Action) programs and solve complex business problems.
The teammate we are looking for must be able to work across the entire machine learning (ML) lifecycle, including problem framing, data collection, exploratory data analysis, model development, deployment, performance measurement, and business adoption.

Responsibilities:
Assist in weekly and monthly production model runs and model data construction.
Perform advanced analytics to understand key drivers of performance for NBA programs, from exploratory data analysis, feature extraction, and creation, to predictive modeling.
Apply language model or language model results to provide customer contact insight and answer business questionsIdentify AI/ML opportunities for revenue growth, cost reduction, customer retention, and improved contact experience.
Communicate analytical findings and insights to business owners in clear, concise, and decision-impacting manner.
Promote cross-team collaboration and encourage a supportive team environment.
Cultivate strategic relationships with key business partners.

years experience in data mining and modeling with demonstrated competency in working with and analyzing large sets of data (structured or unstructured).
Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to think creatively and develop new solutions.
Solid statistical programming skills in at least two statistical languages (SAS, R, Python) and demonstrated ability to learn new ones quickly and independently.
Proven experience with data extraction using SQL/PostgreSQL, SQL Server and Hadoop and data preparation for analysis.
Demonstrated ability to develop new algorithms or apply existing algorithms in innovative ways to effectively solve business problems.
Experience working with language models.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision and manage multiple priorities in a production environment.
Ability to develop solid working relationships with both technical counterparts and business partners and demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills.

The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.
